Great staff members, very helpful, they recommended many good places to visit at eat at. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast started and they packed us a breakfast to go which was excellent and not expected at all.

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

The reason why the hotel does not have an elevator is because it is a rented property, and the landlord wishes to preserve its historic architecture. The landlord believes that adding an elevator would compromise the integrity of the building's original design. Although this means guests will need to use the stairs, the hotel aims to provide a genuine experience that immerses visitors in the charm and authenticity of the past. We loved the front office staff, but you get what you pay for and it isn’t a bargain. My wife, as she daily reminds me, had her favorite night shirt stolen out of our room. The sink empties into an open drain. We did sleep well.

Great option for budget-minded travellers. Where it stands high is service. Amazing staff, who were friendly, genuine and wanting to make sure we felt valued as guests. We would definitely come back to stay at Jade.

Like family
Ive have never left a review for a hotel before, but i had to after the incredible experience i had here. On the second day there was a flash flood in the city, and we were essentially stuck in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, in addition to breakfast they brought lunch,dinner and snacks and when i asked after the cost they simply said "at times like this we are family". In order to leave the hotel, staff members waded through flood waters to flag down boats so we could leave the area and catch the taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for make the best of unbelievable situation!

Property is very basic and falling apart in some areas however the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with a lovely sea view as is on the sea front. Staff were helpful and breakfast provided (pancakes etc.) set us up for the day.

Great Hue Stay
Stay was fantastic, staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only thing, hotel needs a lift instead of stairs currently.

The property is clean and nice. The staffs are very polite and friendly. However, they only help you to bring your luggage up when you arrive but they did not help you to bring your luggage down using stair (property has no elevator). Also, you have to leave your room key with the receptionist every time you go out (this is the first time a hotel has this policy and make us uncomfortable for our belonging)

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in decent condition but it's not modern, or immaculate if that's what you're looking for. It's dated, clean, and friendly. I'd stay again. Also, I was on a motorcycle and they offered to store it indoors overnight. Very nice.

Best value for money so far. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Room wasn’t in the best condition, but it was the quietest hotel we have stayed in so far. Beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel 20 minutes from the Citadel and 10 minutes from the main tourist restaurants and bars. I arrived early in the morning and they had a room available. I was on the 5th floor but for people with mobility problems may be worth requesting a room on a lower floor as there are no lifts. The staff are very friendly on arrival welcomed with drink and fresh fruit. I paid £13 for the room that is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Jade in Hue
When we arrived we were given a much welcomed wet cloth, fruit and drink, whilst the touristic highlights were shown to us on a map. Staff were very friendly during our stay. Our room was fine, rose petals on the bed. A kettle and coffee were a nice extra. Breakfast was plentiful and included lots of fruit and your choice of local or European cooked meal. Close by, in the tallest building in Hue, was a supermarket, which was handy. That area was OK, lots of shoe shops.

We had a great time and the staff is really friendly and helpful the breakfast is delicious and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Kelly, Hang, Trang and our driver Quang were very helpful and courteous. We would go back there on our next visit to Hue. Loved our stay.

Best Hotel of our Trip
Great hotel. The service is outstanding, breakfast is the best of all on our trip and the other hotels we stay at were impressive too! The shuttle is great to go to town or the beach which we have done both. The hotel is situated between both so in that sense it is convenient. The pool area is relaxing and the grounds are kept beautifully. Going for a massage this afternoon. Very relaxing. Tomorrow we will likely borrow bicycles to ride around.

Pleasant, clean, good location. Air conditioning worked well. Staff are.extremely pleasant and helpful. The owner has either picked people to work there that are just naturally like this or he/she has trained them well. Either way I commend him. The only real issue we had, and it is minor, is that the cleaning staff were noisy in the hall in front of room at 7:30 AM. I suspect.this was only in front.of.our room as that was where the laundry was sorted.

Very handy location. Simple set up. Older. Big rooms. No elevator so good exercise if on higher floors. Team great at helping with bags. Rooms clean just bit rubbish from previous guests tucked in random places. Says more about previous guests than hotel. Nice breakfast too.

Best place in Hue Vietnam
The Jade hotel was exceptional, we had a very nice room, very clean, it was walking distance from everything, free coffee and water daily and the best free breakfast I have ever have. The people there are very caring and want to make sure not only when you are there but all the time that you are ok and happy. If you didn’t have enough breakfast they will make you more. I would defiantly stay there again. I already miss their hospitality.

Good friendly and helpful hotel.
Free drink and fruit on arrival. Good A/C (air conditioning) in the room and clean and included a nice breakfast. Guests get 10% discount in the restaurant, food there was pretty good. Would recommend.

Great Staff, Bed and Breakfast!
After reading several reviews about the Jade Hotel, I was somehow still in awe of how great the staff and service is at this hotel. I felt like I was family. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is incredibly gracious and friendly, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in Southeast Asia!

As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with refreshments and advice on sites to visit and some options for getting around to them. The front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel arranged a professional, friendly and safe driver for one day sightseeing and another day to transfer to Hoi An. The location is also very close to the Citadel and night markets.

Very Good Hotel
I only stayed one night but it was very good. I was welcomed with a nice cold drink on my arrival and the check-in was quick with hotel staff taking my bag to the room. The room itself was very comfortable and good amenities, AC, TV, mini fridge. The bathroom shower and toilet all clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Central hotel close to amenities
Room was a bit cramped with access to bed from 1 side only. Also note there is no lift for those with any mobility problems like my wife and we were on the 4th floor. They did offer to move us but only to the 3rd floor so didn’t bother. Staff were very helpful and attentive and did knock off the credit card charge to compensate for no lift.

Since it take alot of time and effort, we cannot refine the accommodation at the moment. Please forgive the bad things and we truly hope that you enjoyed the experience in Hue city. Best wishes
