We liked the check in and night staff were accommodating to us however they didn’t allow the Chinese food delivery guy to bring our food up to the room and they never brought any extra coffee up when asked. Only one pod er person.

Staff were friendly and courteous throughout the hotel (reception/restaurant/pub) during our stay. It was handy to have bar service in the pool area.
