unreasonable extra charges, petty-gain mentality

I generally liked staying there in the past. The hotel is managed like a state-owned company rather than a private firm. However, if you adapt to Chinese standards it is ok. However, I will never lodge there again in the future as during my last visit my 5 yr old son spilled some watermelon on the duvet and was asked to pay for the damage. I told them they could easily wash it (watermelon juice...) but they seemed surprised about it... so now I get the doubt they may just not wash their duvets... also, I generally spend the equivalent of 6-8 months Chinese salary every year there (I also dine at their mediocre and expensive restaurant pretty much every day) and yet they wanted to charge me an extra £30 to clean the spot of fruitjuice on the duvet. - In my case they just lost a customer. They just had a short term gain of £30 and prevented themselves to earn another £2,000 next summer, let alone the amounts in the years to come (I spend a lot of time in Huangshan).

繁華街から少し離れていて静かなホテル

周りにコンビニ等がないので少し物足りないけれど、その分静かで落ち着けます。駅や老街まではタクシーで１０元以内ですので、それほど不便は感じませんでした。

good stay, excellent position.. smoke everywhere

PLUS: helpfulness of staff, position MINUN: customers smoking in the corridors, smoking at the restaurant, in the halls... everywhere! Alos, the hotels is somehow managed amateurially. I would not say it is a bad hotel, but it can improve, especially because I am a non-smoker and hate eating and sleeping among smokers.

Huangshan et stop fra Yellow Mountains

Hotellet blev brugt som mellem station, før mødet med yellow mountains. God beliggenhed nemt at finde. Personalet var flinke og venlige, deres engelsk kunne godt have været bedre. Traditionelt kinesisk morgenbord var ok. Alt i alt en god oplevelse med et lille + Ancient town er et besøg vær.

La description de l'hôtel n'est pas conforme, 1: "Assistance pour visites/billet" inexistant ce qui rend très difficile l'organisation des visites, 2:" 20 restaurants" en fait seulement 1 et de niveau très très moyen, de plus extrêmement peu de choix alentour. 3: "Jardin" ridiculement petit et inaccessible.4: "Épicerie", si elle existe elle est bien cachée. Sa localisation est à déconseiller pour le tourisme

没有遭遇过如此的预定经历

首先，预定了也支付了钱，但是到店酒店不承认预定，所以不得不住价格高的套房。其次，关于退款事宜，打了3到5个电话，都没有得到马上的处理。最后，关于美国酒店的退款，可以说是乱七八糟，人民币退款时间如此的长，是没有遇见过的。总之，以后绝对不会使用，更不会推荐给任何用，没有任何的价值。
