She told me about where to exchange money and made sure I got to the airport with special driver from the hotel. That felt really special and personalized. "The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "

"Beautiful hotel set right next to the river. The room was adorned with lots of cool artwork, had nice wooden finishing, and lots of space. I loved how they also had fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The staff were very hospitable and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Overall would recommend this place and would stay there again if I go back to Chiang Mai. "
