This is the worst hotel I've ever seen absolutely filthy the pool was disgusting you couldn't see the bottom of the pool because it doesn't get cleaned, staff don't speak English no safe to use breakfast area dirty nowhere to sit by the pool . You should be ashamed you advertise this hotel on your site

I think the property should be removed from your list of hotels.false advertising by expedia.there was no safe in room or kettle,staff didnt know we were booking in and the pool was just awful.the restaurant if you can call it that was horrible.so in that respect we didnt even stay there and booked other hotels.i think we should have a refund.

only stayed 1 night out of 3 booked as staff did not speak much english and no english tv chanels available on tv. payed for complimentery breakfast but was told no breakfast available. Is not in easy access to shops .

At 3:30 pm i had to ask them to clean the room. They acted strange that i wanted new towels, etc. Nice hotel, clueless staff, so-so location.

Hotellet ser inte ut som på bilderna, poolen är mycket mindre och saknar solstolar. Rummen var helt ok, rena men enkla. Stod att det ingick frukost men var ingen där vid 09:30 i receptionen och ingen frukost var framdukad. Ligger väldigt avskilt, mitt i en byggarbetsplats och inga restauranger i närheten.

EINFACHES Hotel aber Ok

Sehr versteckt - haetten wir ohne Navi nicht gefunden. Die Zimmer sind schoen mit grossem Schrank. Beim Fruehstueck gibt es nur wenige Plaetze.

Fint Hotel lidt uden for byen

Det var lidt skuffende til at starte med, da vi havde sat forventningerne alt for højt. Men værelserne var fine, med aircondition og en behagelig seng og stort køleskab, med plads til drikkevare og mad. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme og meget imødekommende. Det er ikke et hotel for folk, som vil tilbringe det meste af ferien på hotellet, der er ikke så meget andet end poolen man kan hoppe i. Men til folk (par/studerende), som stort set kun skal bruge hotellet til at sove, er det et helt fint hotel. Vi brugte det meste af dagen ude og kom kun hjem til hotellet for en dukkert i poolen (hvilket er en udmærket pool) når det var for varmt og så til noget hygge med spil eller andet om aftenen. Der er fri internet, som virker fint, så spil på PC eller se noget film er der også plads til. Alt i alt synes vi det har været et godt ophold :)

Hotel voor Thaise gasten

Op zich een leuk en vrij nieuw hotel, maar de locatie is slecht, via straat 106 waar echte armoe is komt men bij het hotel, wat op een bouw terrein staat. Tot overmaat van ramp ligt het hotel 200 meter van een spoorweg waar dag en nacht luid toeterende treinen langs komen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar er spreekt niemand een woord Engels, zelfs de eigenaar niet en dat is lastig als je na 10 dagen wilt uitleggen dat je toch wel een keer schone lakens wilt hebben en een Engels talige TV zender zou ook wel aangenaam zijn. Overigens een prima zwembad en het strand op ongeveer 800 meter. Ontbijt en lichte lunch is gratis en er zijn ook geen bijkomende kosten in dit hotel.

Great value but a bit away from the action.

Hotel is fairly new and in good condition. Pool is area is lovely for a budget hotel, and room facilities such as fridge, air conditioning and shower excellent. Breakfast was basic. Staff were friendly but had limited English, and room was not serviced (I had to tip 100baht/$4 to have the room cleaned once). Location is a bit out of the way, and about a 10-15 minute walk to where the nearest taxi could be found. The area around the hotel is a construction site amongst the local's homes, although we found a very nice garden restaurant just 5-10 minutes walk away. The hotel had at least one motorbike and a pushbike for hire at very reasonable rates (we negotiated 700baht/$30 for a week for the motorbike which was great).

This place needs to improve in all aspects.

I paid for 3nights but can stay only 1night: -No one at the reception and had to wait for a while at arrival (2pm) -When I first entered the room, only the bed was clean and well-set but the rest looked unclean especially dirty balcony and hair in the bathroom floor. -Too noisy to sleep (as close to highway,neighbor bird/rooster/dog/lizard sounds, and strong wind hitting the bathroom door& balcony glass door during my stay (Jan2015) -8am breakfast was still not ready -no daily cleaning -I couldn't connect to in-room internet at all (4connects but very weak and unstable connects)

Location was far from centre and out on it's own in the middle of a new construction site. Staff appeared to be friendly but spoke no English. Room was very modern and clean with a great shower. TV had multiple channels but unfortunately all Thai. It was a very isolating experience, however facilities were nice.
