"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. After the fifth call, we finally got the correct code and room munber"

"The guesthouse is right across from Godfoss which makes it a very convenient place to stay and see the waterfall without really have to go out of your way. The rooms were clean and nice. There is no television in the rooms, but free wifi that was reliable. The workers at the house were very accommodating and breakfast was good. There is also a very friendly cat that waits at the guesthouse entry to greet the people during check-in."

"Apartment is wide. We found things as expectation except some bad matters. - Room is on the 4th floor but no lift! We had to move our 5 luggages and others on the narrow staircase. It’s very terrible experience. - Instructions for parking are not clear. They told us maybe parking fee and time limit but not clear how to read parking sign when and where can or cannot parking with fee or without fee.
