"Toilet was poorly Cleaned, we stayed for 3 Night and no Coffee or Tea supplied after first night in Room , will not stay there again "

"What a great hotel! Every staff member was so kind and friendly. The room was so nice and comfortable and cleaned very well, it made it nice to come back after a long day out exploring. I even bought my own lunches from Lidl to keep cost down and they kept it in a fridge for me to collect as and when I needed it. Its in a great location, when I wasnt out day touring I was able to walk around the city easily as its so central. Also a very quiet hotel, I had a fine time sleeping every night. On check out they looked after my bags for me and let me use the lobby area to relax until I had to leave for the airport. Such a great stay for such a great price as well. Hopefully I will be back."

"Lovely, spacious, quiet room with kitchenette and washer/dryer! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very tasty. We will be back!"

"Close to attractions we walked everywhere, plenty of restaurants close by. There was a shopping centre also nearby with a kind of high street. The bar was nice we had drinks there twice. Hotel was modern and very clean, staff was nice and helpful. We loved Dublin❤️🙏"

"The general condition of the hotel was poor and it just seemed cold and dirty with a lack of pride taken in the hotels building and the guest rooms. The Hotel room was very warm, it seemed like the heating was constantly on as the radiators were always very hot and it never felt like they were getting cooler . You couldn't sleep at night it was like a sauna. We tried to move the temperature setting on the wall gauge in our room but the gauge started to constantly make a ticking noise every 2 minutes and this went on and on for a long period of time, so we had to change it back again for it to stop ticking. There were bits of carpet missing in our room, the floor area around the door had no carpet which was a safety hazard. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Staff were ok but could be a lot better. On a positive note the location right by the beach and sea is great and it's a lovely setting, although it doesn't really make up for the let down of the hotel as I probably wouldn't stay here again. We were left disappointed, as what we had seen on the hotel website with how the hotel, its guest rooms and the overall way the hotel is marketed was a little misleading. I never am one to leave a review and certainly not a negative one, although as we were so disappointed with are overall experience, I had to write one on this occasion. "

"Staff were okay. But we didnt have our room cleaned whilst we were there. Lucklily we arent messy people. Its a lovely place and good location. Food was okay. The rooms are a little tired."
