Nice hotel with friendly and professional staff

Very nice hotel. We had a little missunderstanding when checking in that was solved very quickly and professionaly. The room was comfotable and very clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offer a great variety of food.

Nice hotel/brasserie. New and fresh rooms with possibility to make your own coffee. The airco was a bit loud but could be manually turned off.

Petit déjeuner très bien le samedi un peu moins le dimanche. Une seule personnes pour tout faire cela fait un peu juste. Sinon très bon séjour. Parcontre désagréable les odeurs devant l'ascenseur a cause des wc a côté. Personnelles très agréable. Merci

Geen nachtelijke stilte

Zeer mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. We hadden twee ruime kamers en een zeer kleine kamer. Bij de ruime kamers was een zeer groot minpunt. Nl het lawaai van de straat EN van iets dat constant staat te draaien. Koeling van de keuken ? Heel irrant in de nacht. Toen we het meldden aan de receptie zeiden ze dat ze er niks konden aan doen. Dus we hebben daardoor zeer slecht geslapen. Want ook met het raam gesloten, was dit gezoem te horen.

Toen we in onze kamer gingen, lagen er nog drie zakken met afval en eten van de vorige gast. Ook lagen er nog vieze oorstokjes in de vuilbak. Het bed was maar half opgedekt en de vloer was vuil. We zijn dit beneden gaan melden, de zakken werden meegenomen en vuilzakken leeggemaakt, maar voor de rest werd ons verzekerd dat het zeker gekuist was. Wij vermoeden echter dat er een miscommunicatie is geweest met de poetsploeg, en dat zij dachten dat de vorige gast er nog was en dat ze enkel de kamer moesten ‘opfrissen’. Aangezien de lakens ook vol haar etc lagen, zijn we zelf maar op zoek gegaan naar propere lakens, want daarin wilden we echt niet slapen. Als er toch geen miscommunicatie is geweest, dan is het duidelijk tijd voor een nieuwe poetsploeg. Want veel tijd en moeite steken ze niet in het proper maken/houden van de kamers. De doucherand hangt ook vol zwarte schimmel, niet echt hygiënisch…

Nice.

The hotel is nice. When we arrived the heating did not work and also no hit water. It was very anoying since we came late and they tried to solve the issue but still we could not shower until morning so my sleep was very bad. In the morning the hot water was fixed and we could shower. The breakfast was very good and relaxed. I would come again to the hotel but very the heating and hot water is working!
