"I came into Houston on a Thursday for an outpatient surgery and needed a place to stay with my husband until our follow up visit on Monday. The code they provided was wrong, and thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone at the property management company and they provided a new code. The WiFi information was also not correct, and they never got back to me on that, so we used our iPads as hot spots to try to work on our computers. "This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "

"This property was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean! Everything from checkin/checkout (super easy!) to reporting previous property damages to staff ( there were marks on the stairs and walls, top of second fl staircase a lose metal rod and toilet tissue holder slightly detached from wall) was top tier. It accommodated our group of ladies and was near everything we needed to get to. The only slight thing was the train at night. But other than that we have decided ,whenever in town, to stay...
