"My room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a chair in my room with a visible white stain on it. The floor had dried up spilled poodles of liquid, and the most disgusting of all was the toilet seat. There was urine and feces stains on the top seat. When I first entered the room after checking in and went to the bathroom, the toilet was up. When I let it down, that's when I noticed the stains on the toilet seat."

I saws bugs in the bed, the shower and countertops were filthy, the shower curtains were nasty, dried toothpaste in the sink, dirty closet doors. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed I slept in the chair The whole night. I told someone at the front desk and he said that he would let management know."
