There is a 15 minute walk uphill to the fort entrance, Then a walk upwards through the ruins to each the summit & see the remains of Hadrian's Wall. Not for the fainthearted or infirm to try to reach. A nice museum as you head up to the fort & a 9 minute video to watch about how the fort came about & life inside.
Good access to Hadrians Wall, especially if you want to walk to Sycamore Gap.
