"The staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself is very run down and did not feel clean or well maintained. The HVAC vent systems in rooms 210 and 318 were extremely dirty and appeared moldy, which was concerning. The hallways had visible dust buildup on the windows, spider webs on the hanging light fixtures, and an overall neglected appearance.
The pillows were worn out and the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this place could improve significantly, but in its current condition it did not meet expectations."
