水が備え付けで1人1本あるって聞いてたけどそれすら無くて残念だった。言うのも面倒臭いから何も言ってないですが…。それ以外は特に問題なく家の様にゆっくりできました。また利用したいと思いました。

Amazing Accomodation Excellent Value for Money

The rooms are spaciaous and have great facilities, perfect for short of long stays. Lovely Quiet area. The bathroom is Great with Sauna and Warm Rain Functions.

This hotel accommodated my family of five, although the space was a little tight. It was clean, it was quiet, it met our needs. We especially liked having the convenience of a washer with the ability to dry our clothes using the shower room heater. It is conveniently located within walking distance to a subway station. There is a supermarket close by. The staff were friendly, although there was a slight miscommunication between us.

So nice, staffs are polite and speak with different languages. The traffic is very convenient which is 5 mins walkable to the MTR station.

This hotel was perfect - very clean, very new, close to the subway station and a supermarket (which is great when you have a kitchen), and had amazing amenities for our family of four. It was very secure, check in and check out was fantastic - friendly and quick. It was within walking distance of Nipponbashi, and they had free wi-fi in all areas which was fast and reliable. They had great maps and information in reception, they store luggage if necessary, and they even had scales to weigh baggage! We could not find any negative thing about this hotel - we highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Osaka.

太差了

前台服務員服務差、還安排我們入住10樓房間、房間客廳沙發地板、床地板竟然都是發霉的、冰箱是壞的。而且我是訂連住6晚。我門不會再入住。

I like the deep bathtub most. In fact, it provide that enough space for 2 ppl having great time. However, that would be perfect if they provide washing powder or something for washing clothes in your room.

トイレとお風呂が分かれててイイ！

四天王寺前夕陽ヶ丘の駅を降りて 警察署方面に歩くとすぐホテルがみえてきます ホテル前はコインパーキングになっていて 宿泊客が泊めているようです 駅からホテルに歩く途中に22時まで開いているスーパーがあり 買い物にも便利です フロントのスタッフは外国の方のようでしたが 笑顔で対応も申し分ありません 私が泊まった部屋はダブルで一番コンパクトなタイプでしたが 遊んで帰ってきて眠るには充分です これは宿探しのポイントのひとつでしたがマンション改築タイプなのでお風呂とトイレは別々です。 複数名で泊まる時は大事だと思います 部屋はベッドがほぼ占拠していますが 清潔で大変快適なベッドでした 調理器具や食器のレンタルもフロント横にあるので 連泊にもいいと思います

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood

Nicely maintained, nice location near to subway station. Don't stay if you're looking for a nightlife hotspot - area is in a quiet residential area. But you can access those areas easily by train if you want. Room was comfortably big enough for 4 people. Gas range in the kitchen made cooking a breeze. Refrigerator was compact so don't try to store a ton of food there. Nice flooring as well; don't forget to take off your shoes! Overall, a very nice hotel.

We were not expecting to have a cellphone free of charge with national and international calling, there was soooooo much space with plenty of storage for our things, and check in and check out was simple and the staff were very kind!

すごく清潔感があって、きれいでした。 お風呂も洗面所もトイレも全て独立しているので、嬉しかったです。 目の前がパーキングなのもたすかりました。 ベッド、ソファーもいい物を使用してくれていました。
