Perfect! Stay was friendly and greeted me every time they saw me. The only issue I had was the janitor would not leave us clean towels after I asked her twice! Great stay!

Great stay!

Front desk staff were awesome. Very clean and comfortable rooms.My wife has bad back and the mattress was very supportive and comfortable for her. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Hot Springs.

Visiting for Granddaughters high school graduation

There was construction going on in the hotel. Mostly on the first floor. They didn't offer a breakfast. I think these things should have been on the website. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond.
