Elias também nos serviu bem e conseguiu achar um pudim delicioso que estávamos querendo. O André foi muito gentil, atencioso e nos tratou super bem nas 2 semanas que estivemos por lá. Obrigada a vocês por tudo. O calor não ajudou muito mas a academia de ginástica poderia ser mais moderna e com um ar condicionado mais forte já que é no último piso. A água do chuveiro do nosso segundo quarto também não estava ficando quente e isso foi um pouco incômodo para tomar banho de manhã cedo. Mas com certeza voltaríamos lá e recomendarei pra quem estiver passando por São Paulo. "

"The staff were wonderful; however, they initially placed us in the first room, where the television did not work, nor did the internet, and we were transferred to another room. The transfer was handled very easily, but even so, we still had issues with the internet, and the in-room device that connects to the front desk—the telephone—was not working. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and trouble-free."
