"Algumas coisas não estão funcionando muito bem:
- A descarga do vaso não está retendo a água. Ela vasa constantemente. Tive que fazer o fechamento do registro, para a água não vasar o tempo todo.
- O ar condicionado não está ligando.
- O trinco da porta da varanda não tranca. Como é um apto. mais baixo (411), com árvores próximas, passa insegurança.
- A principal lâmpada do banheiro está queimada.
