Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! We stayed here to be close to Tokyo Disneyland, and the shuttle service was incredibly reliable and always right on time. Coming from the United States, we were a little hesitant about staying off Disney property, but it ended up being a fantastic decision!
The hotel feels brand new, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. We were even upgraded to a larger room, which comfortably accommodated four adults and NINE suitcases! The view from our room was incredible, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
Overall, a 10/10 experience! We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Tokyo Disney!

We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

"Amazing stay, wish we'd stayed more than one night. Easy to get to with the train and shuttle bus, but I'd recommend sending your luggage ahead of time as the train and shuttle have limited space and get busy. Great buffet food, but limited vegetarian options for my wife."
