"The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, particularly the guest rooms. The location was inconvenient and not close to the places we wanted to visit. "A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"Great stay, staff are always friendly and helpful, renovated and clean rooms. Being able to use the facilities all day on check in and check out is fantastic. Great location for Bournemouth and plenty of parking."

"Amazing location, just what was required with temperatures hitting 35 degrees! Room was comfy, buffet breakfast was good with a good varied choice. Amazing views. Pool area & direct access to beach were a big plus. Only downside was the constant slamming of the door from the room next door at all sorts of times in the night but we tried to not let this ruin our short stay here."

"The hotel is in need of an update, with attention to detail for any renovations. The walls of the hotel rooms are thin and you can hear people in neighbouring rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially given one of our party were being disturbed by a party in the neighbouring room. Staff moved them to another room. Breakfast was ok. The spa/swimming pool is in need of some tlc."
