"When we first arrived they didn't give me the room I asked for 3 months ago when I made the reservation, they should of let us know that the hotel was booked for a convention for narcotics anonymous, the hotel was full of skechy looking people , I wasn't comfortable waking alone in the stairwells and hallways, there was dogs and smoking of everything at every door way. "We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon...
