"I spent two full weeks at Grand Palace Hotel in Sanur and I enjoyed all the time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They cared for all my requests. My room was in good condition, beds comfortable and the entire hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was good, the selection of food was average with only minor variations from day to day. "This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port.
The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks.
