Loved staying here every thing is close by walking distance. Melissa the lady that checked us in was simply amazing and great communication and accommodating. The room was nice and big and fully equipped with everything we needed. The doors a a little wanky but overall it was a great stay. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were given a code to our room and it didn’t work because they were not done cleaning and has to change the code. Only gave us two packets of coffee for a week. Only 4 towels and the exchange them on Wednesday. Elevators extremely slow. The hotel is not even called Sweetwater. So when I went to the front desk i was sent to the 4th floor to check in. These are time share rooms. Cable didn’t work in the bedroom. It was nice but I would not recommend here. Plus I had a horrible view foe the price we paid

Short walking distance to everything. Room was more than expected. Parking a If your not arriving before 4pm make sure you contact them to make arrangements for late check in Will stay there again next time ! Only downside was the electric paid bbq's which seem to eat coins and don't get hot enough to sear(3rd world problems).

great comfort quiet location
Nice condo with play structure for kids, pool was clean and water was warm, 2 hot tub were available. Area is clean, quiet, 5 floor parking available.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable. Location was.only 2 blocks from the beach. We had a great time.

Our stay in this unit was perfect from booking to check out. The condo is very clean, and it has plenty of towels and everything needed in the kitchen. It was nice to be located in a complex where local families live. There’s public transportation within a block. Crossing two streets to get to the beach is so convenient! Just about everything in Waikiki is within walking distance, including the Safeway. The sunrises viewed from our bedroom and lanai were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Won't be back.
The air conditioning unit did not cool the unit to a comfortable temperature during our stay. It needs to be replaced. The bed in the bedroom is far too hard to provide comfortable sleep. I had to use the murphy bed in order to be able to sleep. The elevator were shut down at one point trapping me on the floor below mine. Shutdown of the laundry rooms was problematic. Obviously this is an older building and that has created some problems. Location is good and staff are helpful. The unit was clean.

All rules written in a book lying there, with no instructions to read it. Staff generally rude. Way too expensive than similar other properties

I had a very nice stay at Sweetwater at Waikiki. Excellent location, close to waikiki beach and walkable to zoo and aquarium. Their staff are super kind and has very nice hospitality. They have laundry room (washer and dryer) at every floor, it was very helpful for long stay family. They don't provide room cleaning/bed making service but it was ok with me.

今回の旅行はＲＰＧゲームのようでした！理由は予約完了したスイートウォーターがホテル側の都合でキャンセルに なり、その後他のホテルで予約が確定して、旅行直前で再度当初のスイートウォーター アット ワイキキ、VRI リゾートになりました？またこのホテルがアット ワイキキアストンワイキキバニアンの1部のフロワーの中にスイートウォーター アット ワイキキ、VRI リゾートがあるのが理解してなくて、説明が無く、本当にＲＰＧのようでした。タワーも１，２とあってフロントへ訪ねても知らん？何？とナンチャッテイングリッシュを根強くはなして何とか攻略して無事本日帰国しました！とにかく旅は色々苦労した方が思い出が残りますね！空港からレンタカーのしんどい旅でしたが、部屋は最高でした！

子連れにも快適♬
ロケーションが良かったです！！ ビーチもすぐですし、飲食店もたくさんあります。どこに行くにも便利でした。 室内は綺麗好きすぎる方で無ければ、清潔に感じるかと思います。 タオルの交換が週に1度なので、もう少し増えるといいです。（洗濯機は1フロア毎にあるので、洗えます。） 部屋の広さ、立地の良さからするとコスパ良いです！

素晴らしいホテル
部屋に入っての第一印象は「広い」でした。まるで、マンションに1室にいるようで、寛げると感じ、いつものハワイの狭い部屋での閉塞感はまるでありませんでした。部屋は tower 2 の7階でしたので、眺望は良くありませんでしたが、一応、海も見えて、BBQ広場やプールも見えたので、ハワイにいるんだと実感でき、不満足はありませんでした。ワイキキの海からは1ブロック離れていたので、やや遠めですが、さほど苦になりませんでした。リゾート料金は取られず、海用のバスタオルも用意され、さらにビーチチェアーも2脚ありました。キッチンは充実しており、コンロ、オーブン、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫などが備わっており、フライパン、なべ、皿、コップ等も提供されておりました。レンタカーで郊外のスーパーに行き、ステーキ肉やポキ、スパイシーシュリンプ（ガーリックが切れていました）などのお惣菜、冷凍ピザなどを購入して、日々の食事を楽しみました。（ワイキキでもスーパーが開店し、やや高めですが、レンタカーを利用しなくても、購入可能です）外食（夕食）すれば、1家4人で150ドルはかかるので、大いに節約になり、ビール（アメリカ製一番搾りが1本70セントほど）、ワイン（3本持参）もたらふく飲めます。4日目にはなんと鍋でご飯も炊いてしまいましたが、結構上手に炊けて、ABCストアのパサパサご飯より、ずっと美味しく食べられました。。駐車料金がなく、リゾート料金も取られませんでしたが、Housekeeping、タオル交換 は5泊で1度のみ、アメニティグッズは石鹸だけなのは受容が必要です。

チェックインの場所がわからなかった
チェックイン方法がわからなかった。1階のタワー2のフロントでチェックインしようとしたら、タワー1のひとは4階の方でチェックインして、と言われ、4階に行くと4時までで、閉まっていた。部屋の入り方がわかる手紙がはってあり、駐車場もその際に駐車許可証も入っていて、どうしたらいいのかわからず困っていたら、通りがかりの親切な外国人が教えてくれた。チェックインするなら、きちんと時間に間に合うように、車も許可証が無いととめられないので、駐車場入り口でとめられてしまいます。タワー1に泊まる人は4階がオフィスです。オフィスの時間は日によってマチマチですが、定められた時間に行く方がベストです。初めての滞在でしたが、他は良かったです。ただ6階の施設でバーベキューするなら、ディスポーザブルの紙皿など持っていくといいです。バーベキュー用の食器は備えられていませんでした。 6階にプールや遊び場があり、お部屋は清潔で充実しているので、良かったです。

チェックインの場所がわかりづらいのが難点。 英語が話せるのであればいいのですが、全く話せないと大変かもしれないですね。 ハウスクリーニングが土曜日しか入らないですが、完全かプライベート空間が良かったです。

걸어서 와이키키 갈 수 있어서 위치는 정말 좋고, 주차가 무료에요! 침대가 별로지만 방에 식기구 조리기구 다 있어요~ 6층 수영장 바베큐장도 이용할 수 있어요. 카운터가 1층이 아니라 4층 사무실에서 리셉션을 해서 특이해요~

매우 좋은 숙소입니다.
매우 깨끗하고 넓고 주방시설도 완벽하였습니다. 특히 침실을 제외하고 바닥이 모두 타일로 되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 티비랑 주방집기들도 새것처럼 깨끗하고 여유있게 수건들도 비치되어 있어서 정말 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에도 또 예약하고 싶습니다.
