"Not happy. The view??? We see parking garage and loud music until1am "

"Couldn’t be happier with the room quality size and cleanliness however amenities were a whole other story. The dining available in the hotel was great but we didn’t frequent the cafe after our first time as the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Furthermore we were told we could not order a drink and take it up to our room which seemed insane (we wanted mimosas in our room while getting ready for our wedding) no room service available despite the website mentioning it. Staff clarified and told us NO. with these things alone I would have chosen another hotel all together."

"Hello, we just checked into our room, and I noticed a few issues. I was about to take a shower, but the shampoo bottle is empty and there is no tissue in the bathroom. Also, the bidet on the toilet is not working. Do i asked the front desk to please send someone to refill the supplies and check the bidet"

"The rooms were a little small but it was ok we did not spend much room in the hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was good. The hot tub was not working properly so the water was cold. The lighting in the bathroom was not very good. Overall experience was great"

"The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired-no bagels, English muffins-just bread-the eggs were watery-the sausage was cold-not much variety at all. The shuttle feature was nice, but the property needs to be “freshened up”."
