"Stay was pretty nice. We upgraded to the rainbow tower (a must) and got a really nice room. The hotel has nice amenities and shops. We had a delay from our island hopping and were not able to make it to check in. I emailed and txt the property but they put me as a no show and wanted to charge me an extra night to get to my room right away. I declined and made a new reservation through my cc portal but they were being weird about the whole thing. A lot has changed since we first stayed there two years ago…. Customer service is hit or miss and lots of attitude. Probably will stay at another hotel nearby next time. Parking is nightmarish not worth having a car and staying there, ended up being pricey."
