"初めの予約の部屋は喫煙室で、禁煙に変更していたのですが、受付の際見つからないとのことで一瞬焦りましたが、変更した旨を伝えると、キャッスルさんの変換手違いだったとのことで丁寧にお詫びしてくださりました。変更したと事前に伝えると良いのかもしれません。 新しいホテルではありませんが、お手入れされていて、電子レンジがあったり、ハンガーを追加でお借りしたり、お電話の対応も丁寧で気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。また漫画の貸し出しがあって楽しめました。ファミリーマートが真向かいで便利です。 ホテルの駐車場が満杯で、近くのパーキングを紹介いただき、一晩500円と聞いていましたが、朝出すときなぜか200円で得しました（たまたまだったのかもしれません） "

"The hotel looks like it needs some renovations but the experience from the staff is beyond what I expected. The front staff helped me figure out how do my laundry and taxis to be able to go to f1. It had a family mart and couple restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the deep bath tub to soak my sore muscles after walking 10 miles!"
