Good, comfortable accommodation

Accomodation was just what we needed for a one night stop for family of five. Very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. . Parking was difficult, but it was Bastille day, so assume its easier usually.

Basic

Excellent location and ideal for a one night stopover. Rooms are a bit tired looking and very basic. Overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom/shower wasn’t great. I would expect a better standard for the price but I guess that’s because of the location. Can be very noisy in summer as it’s too warm to keep the windows closed. The bin men woke us all up at 5:45 on Sunday morning which was ok as we had a crossing to catch anyway.

I am angry because this hotel did not stick to my agreed method of payment But proceeded to take a card payment without my authorization When i contacted Expedia they just passed the buck! Bad business practice I won't be using them again

Belle ambiance au coeur du port et de la marina. Très convivial et le personnel est hors pair. Très pratique pour aller fureter sur les quais et marcher lenlong de la marina et ruelles d’époques.

1 fois mais pas 2 !

Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte donnant sur la rue parce que brillante alors que les nuits étaient chaudes Le lavabo est bouché pendant 3/4nuits Une odeur d’égout qui remontait vraiment fort Quand on ouvre la fenêtre pour une vue sur les toits, il y a une trace de vomi séché sur le toit ! La chambre est incompris par un lit pliant ! On devrait signaler qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur alors qu’on est au 3ème étage Personnellement : La couleur mauve de la chambre est déprimante surtout pour les vacances Je ne reviendrai plus dans un hôtel qui vient d’ une vieille bâtisse

Weekend à Honfleur

L'hôtel Les Cascades est bien situé, à 2 minutes du vieux bassin, idéal pour se promener en ville. Chambre confortable. Salle de bains pas très pratique. Pas de porte-manteau, pas de tablette pour poser les affaires de toilettes. Remarque: l'hôtel ne servant pas de petit déjeuner plateau en chambre, il aurait été judicieux d'installer une bouilloire, 2 tasses et sachets de thé café dans la chambre. Service minimum !

Séjour affaire

Hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix en plein coeur du vieux Honfleur. Bon accueil et ils ont également accepté de me servir à manger malgré le fait que la cuisine était fermée. Personnel très agréable autant à mon arrivée le soir que pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtel recommandé pour petit budget

Déçus

A l'arrivée, tout est agréable. Accueille parfait, on prends soin de notre venue et on nous conduit dans notre réservation, sur cela rien à redire. Mais hélas lors de notre retour, afin de dormir. Impossible, réveillé par des démangeaisons insupportable Allumant la lumière, horreur des punaises de lit. Impossible de rester dans cette chambre, avons passés la nuit sur une chaise à coté du restaurant. Attendant la propriétaire et lui expliquant la situation. Bref elle nous rembourse la chambre, en disant qu'elle ne savait pas, pour toutes ces punaises de lit, cela nous étonne fort En espérant que le nécessaire sera fait dans les jours à venir. Nous sommes énormément déçus.
