"Rooms were filthy. I checked in and there was dried syrup on the table and dirty linens on the bed. The floor was absolutely disgusting. No one cleaned the room for the 3 days I was there even when requested. The “breakfast” was waffles, bagels, bread, English muffins, however the toaster was broken. The yogurt in the fridge was all expired 05/05 (I found it on the 18th). Do not stay here. Go to the Comfort next to it."

"Loved staying here: the only issue I had was they did not discuss the amount of the security deposit while checking in and automatically charged my card an extra $200. I feel communication on their end should have been better with that. The room was very nice but once we turned the AC on in the bedroom a bunch of black stuff shot out all over the bed. Def did not enjoy that. Maybe it just needed a good cleaning prior to use."

"Hotel is large and was pretty empty while we were there, but walls are PAPER thin. So noisy, couldn't sleep. Had an adjoining room and our rowdy neighbors kept trying to get in our room. Bedding was filthy. Our bathroom wasnt stocked at all with towels, shampoo, toilet paper, ect. This place disgusted me. Dirty, noisy and evidently housekeeping didnt do their jobs properly."

"We chose this hotel because of the great reviews, however; our stay was not so pleasant. We did reserve our room earlier in the day because we knew we would be arriving late at night. The check-in went really smoothly and we were assigned room #421 for the night. My husband and I were road weary and ready for a good night’s sleep but when my husband went to the bathroom and turned on the light cockroaches began to appear everywhere. We immediately picked up our luggage went back downstairs informed the night attendant that we wanted a refund and we would be leaving. She assured us that we would receive our refund but we are still patiently waiting."
