"I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, with pleasant smells throughout the grounds and beautiful spa facilities that added to the sense of calm. I particularly enjoyed the yoga sessions, and the high ceilings and chic furniture in my room made it feel airy and stylish. Small thoughtful touches like the gong in the lift, bedtime reading scrolls, Netflix access, and the koi fish around the property added charm. The front desk staff, especially Joy Nguyen, were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and communication easier.
There were a few minor things that could be improved. At check-in, I had to go to the gate, but no one was attending, which made the process a little confusing. Breakfast on Monday was reduced, and lunch was a bit disappointing — the spaghetti lacked flavor and was dry, and I had to request olive oil to moisten it. I was also given a German book to read, which wasn’t ideal for me.
Overall, despite these small issues, I really enjoyed the stay and appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful touches, beautiful rooms, and relaxing atmosphere."
