"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist.
Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit.
Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel...

Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend.
Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste.
Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe.
Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert.
