The hotel was fine in all ways except for the room atmosphere. What I mean is that the room was warm not cool and there was no way to cool it down nor any circulation. Staff were great, room was clean. The restaurant was noisy until late and I had a room facing into the building.

Lymedale Suites
Receptionist rudeness -unpleasant jokes. The apartment look lake it haven’t been cleaned. We had to wait 2 hours before we have been offered an other apartment.

Gratton Grange Farm Holiday Cottage
Very helpful and welcoming host, nothing was too much. Cosy cottagd with lots of added extras. Lovely quiet area, with amazing views.

The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever!
