I have gone in and refunded the change in price from the room you booked compared to the type of room you actually stayed in. Our Quiet Hours do begin at 10:30, and we do our best to implement that. We had no other noise complaints from the weekend of your stay, so I am sorry if you heard perhaps people in the room above yours, but we did not have any rogue children (or adults) in the hallways after that time.
