"The NOT so good … The beds are insanely high … like … bring a step stool- high. I am 5’3 and I used the ottoman to help me get into bed comfortably. No joke. I literally do not understand why a bed would need to be that tall. Not only that, but the giant, heavy platform that the bed sits on is so big and heavy, it obviously can’t be moved to clean around it and the filth and nastiness between the head of the bed and the wall … DISGUSTING to say the least. So awful. The GOOD: The location is great. The coffee all day long in the lobby was great. The ocean view rooms are fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. The pet friendly hotel policy was awesome."

"We rented two rooms during Mother's Day weekend. Both rooms smelled like smokers. My mom is allergic so we complained but they didn't have any open rooms. The staff ran ozone which helped a little but the smell was still very strong. We ended up renting another room at a different hotel for the second night. "

"Wonderful location, ocean view, nice heated pool, helpful staff. While there wasn’t free breakfast, there was a nice self-service coffee machine and onsite restaurant. The lobby games were also nice touch!"

"We rented one of the rooms with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. It was fantastic. My family felt like we were separate yet connected to the hotel. The pool was very large but really chilly so we didnt spend much of our time in there. The kiddy pool was nice and warm and a great addition to the pool house. The hot tub was nice and big as well and was nice and toasty. They have a sauna as well but it wasnt working at the time of our visit. We ate dinner in the resturaunt and our meal was wonderful. Our server was very friendly and suggestive which i appreciate. The location is next level. we had a problem with our television they were there with help immdiately. Everyone we encountered on staff was amazing. Cant wait to go back. "

"Nice renovation on the rooms but definitely could use better cleaning. Staff was awesome. Great location! Have stayed here multiple times, beach is so amazing and more private than other local beach access points. Definitely wasn't happy about this last room having a shared balcony and a toddler running around yelling at 6am back and forth and on our side of the balcony, slamming the storm door repeatedly. Kids riding scooters on ramp walkways above, Definitely not the needed rest we were hoping for. Not the kids fault but would have liked to have been informed of the shared balcony and have had the option to have a different option. Bummed the hot tub and restaurant were no longer, and were told we would see a reflection in price because we weren't informed until after booking but no discounts were given. The maintenance guy was very helpful, and we made sure to tip, the staff was wonderful! Will definitely be back."
