"Checked in online had QR code to obtain keys. Advised hotel our arrival time would be midnight, arrived at international car park called reception to get directions from car park to hotel. Was told we did not have a room and they could not give us a room there due to technical issues, explained already checked in so room should be allocated was then told there was no way we could stay there and reception would call other hotels to try and accomodate us. Explained we had an early morning flight at international airport and the reason for choosing Rydges airport was to be able to walk to the airport, apparently no available rooms at Rydges despite already checking in. Reception then called another hotel and organised a room. If reception were aware there were no rooms they should have called me to advise me ahead of time that there would need to be a change of hotel, they should have already had a room organised and not wait til after midnight to be calling other hotels. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient to arrive and park at the airport parking only to have to go and drive to another hotel. "

"Only there one night, waiting for flight the next morning. Very convenient for airport although the taxi cost was about £15 Sterling. Pricey for the short distance, but not the hotel's fault. Room was spotless, with all the usual amenities, including tea and coffee. Internet was free. There is a restaurant on site and we had a nice evening meal. 2 courses and a drink each for $100 Aus. ($50 each) A nice touch was a minibus shuttle to the airport, starting at 4 a.m. and running every few minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"For the shop you have to walk 3 blocks good restaurants staff are helpful but unhappy cause AI cancel my bookings despite not acknowledging that I didn’t agree to be cancelled because in there policy you have to pay hundred percent so when I show up I was told by the desk if I don’t agree with the price it’s okey with them for me to look for anther place since I’m there and tired I don’t have the option but to pay for the price they offer"
