"Nice small hotel. Staff friendly Reception staff not too helpful. Could be better. Breakfast is buffet style. Same every morning. Food supposed to be warm is cold. Can't see why they can't keep it warm. Have the facilities to do it. Fruit juice watery. Italian restaurant a bit expensive. Pizza not very good. Pool nice and clean. Biggest plus point of the hotel. Cleaning of rooms and bathrooms not good at all. Bathrooms aren't clean after they have left. Room size good. Plenty of eateries, spa's and tailors around the hotel. One small supermarket nearby."

"Super close to Hoi An old town, friendly staff and yum food in the restaurant. Pool is good for relaxing by with lounges and umbrellas but the water is quite warm. Room is very comfortable with personal control over the air conditioning (much needed)."
