"Nearly empty hotel but was put in riverfront premium room with ac units macinery outside windows that were very loud. In addition, river boat/fishing boat related industry outside the hotel that had loud machinery working off and on all night. It was unfortunate because the hotel is quaint, staff pleasant, but I just couldn't sleep with the sounds. "

"Rooms were dirty. I went to use a wash rag and when i got it Wet there was dirt that came out of it. You could see it running out in the water. That is disgusting also, we're required to give a $50 deposit that we can't get back for 5 to 7 business days after we leave the hotel. That was not told to us prior to Reserving the room. I won't ever stay here again."

"The receptionist was poor - did not speak clearly, poor attitude, not friendly or even a smile. She seemed to be occasionally conversing with friends. It seemed as though she was not managed well. The restaurant was completely different. The waiter was excellent and very friendly and welcoming. It was a chef who was filling in as a waiter - great service and attitude. The rooms were very clean and it was appreciated."
