"Rude staff. There is a laundry room in the common shared areas open and unlabeled. It is assumed that is for shared just like the bathroom and kitchen. After we used the washing machine one of their staff members came angry at us, said the laundry was for staff only and that we needed to hang our wet clothes outside to dry under the rain!!!
