Nice rooms that were pretty big for Japanese standards. The free laundry was a nice bonus. Strong water pressure in the shower. The elevators do get busy during checkout time but other than that everything was great. Would stay there again next time. 10 minute walk to subway stations.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Small room but very comfortable.
Cooked breakfast dishes were good but also had cold or lukewarm food added which did not work well.
Only limited dining space in evenings which had DJ ; we went out elsewhere
