Very nice hotel and the service was great

Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. The villas are immaculately clean and feels modern yet still homey and extremely comfortable. Definitely will be coming back .

Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in.

Our room was beautifully decorated, and every interaction throughout our stay was thoughtful and attentive. We felt celebrated and cared for in every detail. Allegro Hoi An exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that combines stunning surroundings, an unbeatable location, and staff who go above and beyond, this is the hotel to choose. Lovely pools and right on the beach. Friendly staff. Quite expensive to eat and drink on site though.
