"They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old."

The pool was slightly smaller than would have liked but was still warm and clean towels were promptly stocked as they started to get low. The lobby was warm and inviting a great place to be able to eat pizza when we brought it back. "

"This is our go to hotel for a quick stay in The Dells when we want to bring our dog along. This time we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Kids loved it! Adults loved it! Breakfast was nice. Lobby is very comfortable with lots of seating and tables with charging capabilities. Room felt very spacious for my family of 5! We will be back!"
