The ad clearly stated “Luxury 2-bedroom Apartment” and “beds for 7 people”, but when we arrived, we realized there were only two double beds, so one person in our party had to try to sleep on a 140 cm-long sofa! On top of that, the A/C stopped working just 30 minutes after we had gone to bed, and it was incredibly hot in the room, which completely ruined the following day for us. We had booked two nights, but the landlord refused not only to cancel the second night but also refused to offer us any compensation for the inconvenience, even though they were clearly in the wrong! People with no morals whatsoever. Don’t stay in this place!

No wifi password left at property and can’t get ahold of owner. Trying to get a late checkout because fly out at 11:15pm and get a response I have to pay another night, no problem but can’t get ahold of owner to find out how to book. Should have got a hotel, booked this because close to airport and has a pool. Travelling with 2 kids and pool is closed Monday, when we showed up! Had to book another hotel for 6 hours because there was no response from owner.
