"Clean room. AC worked great. Parking not an issue. I understand and respect the mindset of the smaller rooms. Less to heat, cool and clean. One missed opportunity is lignting the overhead at the desk and the backboard/celiing lighting offer no option other than dark or BRIGHT.a desk lamp AND a nightstand lamp would provide midlevel evening and wake up options. Overall, would stay here again."

"Staff was great. Good and convenient breakfast. Lobby was modern and clean. Room was not the cleanest between the bed and wall didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a long time. There was a sticky black spot on the carpet as well. Maybe it was just our room but who knows. Would have been nice to have an airport shuttle byt this wasn’t promised to be fair. Also not sure why we had to pay a one time fee fir parking but it was better than daily that some hotels charge.Overall it wasn't bad except for some cleanliness issues in our room. "

"This was a very fun place to stay. First thing you have to remember is you are on a very old boat. The floors are uneven and there are lots of stairs. The room was great. Comfortable bed, a/c worked nicely, tv, wi-fi. Bathroom was small and old fashioned but had nice toiletries. The dining room was gorgeous and the food was very good This ship has been beautifully restored. The wood throughout is beautiful. There are photos everywhere with history of the boat. Will definitely be back!!"

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "
