"Views were wonderful from the rooftop. The breakfast was delicious as well. The concierge was amazing and helped us organize all of our transportation including the days we were spending outside of Antigua. The room was clean and comfortable and location was perfect I would stay here again, and recommend it."

"Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. "Everything was amazing until the end I would give 5 stars otherwise. I don’t think they liked that I had 20% off for Expedia benefit. After I paid and left a nice tip for the staff. I decided to buy water, they charged me 30 quetzal ( $5USD) so more expensive than a fancy resort. I paid but it was annoying to take advantage of me. Water bottles are a couple of quetzals even the intercontinental in the city doesn’t charge that much for bottled water. Food was excellent both dinner and free...

"Too each their Own but we were 100% please with our stay. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant and wait staff were super friendly and convenient. Location is right in all of the action. If you're in town for a few day, you can't go wrong with this place. The only downside was no AC but, truly wasn't an issue for us. The beds were super comfortable. Did I mention the amazing staff."
