"Stayed 2 nights for work. Broken appliances on property. Nearly every wall within the room was scuffed from furniture rubbing the paint off. Holes in the bathroom from towels rods or something being ripped out. No counter space at all in bathroom, just a wall mounted sink. Coffee maker and cups in room, but no coffee provided. Room was “refreshed” on my second day while I was out, bed was never made, all towels replaced even hand towel hanging up, however one of the body towels had har all over it from someone’s hair cut, prompting a second shower for me and using a hand towel to dry off. Disgusted by that event, couldn’t wait to leave. Staff did not ask how stay was, probably aware of the conditions. Was given a handicap room without requesting one, not sure if that’s all they had, would have liked to have had the option. Appreciated the late check-in option. "

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"

"The bathroom was dirty looked like there was chocolate milk or something down the side of the tub and on the door frame. The toilet seat was dirty as well. I carry Clorox wipes with me. I cleaned the toilet my self. I asked for extra towels. I have very long hair, and my partner is tall. We need 2 towels each. The bathroom was stocked with only 2 towels and no washcloths. I never did get extra towels. Probably better, not sure if the tub would leak or not anyway. The bathtub was worn out, the enamel worn off. The bed had a valley that I got stuck in repeatedly in the night and I could not access the WiFi at all. The a/c didn't cool the room very well either. The refrigerator did not keep the food cold(I don't think it worked) and there were burned out light bulbs in the vanity above the bathroom sink. Stained carpet normally doesn't bother me; however, when it makes your feet dirty it does. This place needs serious cleaning help and a major overhaul."

"Oddly, there isn't a sign on the main road indicating the entrance to the hotel (as the hotel is behind several businesses) so at first I thought I was going in the back way. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell, close to baby powder but not quite, so I had to leave the door to the room open for about 10 minutes to air out the place. The shower had a pool of water sitting in it which didn't scream clean. And the shower curtain was torn on one side so you couldn't fully close the curtain. The room door had a large gap all the way around it letting in lots of hot air (the poor AC had to work hard) plus all the sounds and conversations from outside (not very quiet). And in the morning, when I woke up, there was a water bug climbing up a wall, and when I moved my stuff off the table, there was another bug. Would never stay here again. "

"The breakfast was wonderful! So many selections and a comfortable room in which to dine. We met several couples and enjoyed their company. The hotel is old and we had to weave through from one side of the building to the other. It was a bit confusing. The upgrades are nice, but we would have appreciated a small table where we could eat. There is a microwave and refrigerator so we brought snacks, but had to balance them on our lap and the foot stool. Thank you for a lovely bed and nice friendly service. Hugs, Sandy Czaja"
