"Incredible staff, but that's about it. The room was gross and in very rough shape. AC was literally duct taped together. The carpet was gross and sticky. Our socks were sticking to it... Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE outside, and an awful musty smell in the rooms. "

"I see why it was a little less expensive than the average better hotel. First of all I booked it because its advetising read "jacuzzi" I love a jacuzzi after work, well, the Jacuzzi was empty also Gym was out of order, when I finally got my room I noticed a small hint of skunk weed in the hall way, my key didnt work the first time and got worse throu out the night to the point where the front desk (Bonnie) she was a sweetheart and tried to change the battery I finally put the batteries in and cover back on. some lights didnt work and the coffee machine had no coffee filter holder so I couldnt make coffee. When I went to dinner (walking distance and I get back I was in room #105 and a cross the hall way people show up guy comes in with a big ass dog, pounds on the door female inside opens the door and another big dog in the room I felt the parking was a little unsafe. the breakfast was delicious and I was quite surprised real good food"

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. "
