"This is a newer brand hotel, which we tried due to its proximity to the airport. As it turned out, it was a great budget hotel. No fee for parking, easy access to the airport, quiet - but there were a few bugs.
The check-in system crashed while we were checking in. They already had our keys, so no problem, but they asked us to come back to run our cc for "incidentals." This sort of run kind of drives me crazy, but I was nice - just said we wouldn't have any. Still they said they may call...
"Stay was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hallways are a bit long but other than that it was definitely a 5 star stay!"
"Everything we expected and more. Awesome breakfast spread and very quiet. The room D we chose did not have a private bath but shared bath was spotless and we could tell was looked at to tidy up often"
"The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one might expect in a suite. The staff was wonderful & helpful - going out of their way both at checkin as well as during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and attractions. I would strongly recommend. And will stay again when next in Anchorage."
