"I was with my partner, on vacation, from Australia. The hotel is very well presented, staff were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, parking was plentiful and easy. And a very good selection for breakfast the following morning. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay again."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator. Their onsite bar and restaurant: the Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar and the Tavern were both excellent that have fantastic waitstaff. The hotel is in a great location, close to Symphony Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants and shopping and just a block from a light rail station. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our room was clean, smelled nice, and was the perfect fit. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend it. Christopher and Jack in the restaurant were so pleasant. The staff of the hotel welcomed us back nearly every time we walked in. There is an amazing food pod right next door. Super convenient and delicious."

"We spent 5 days at Hotel Lucia. Overall our stay was nice. The hotel is downtown and well located, easy to reach by public transportation. Clean room and hotel, friendly staff. The only major complaint is that we paid extra for Continental Breakfast for our stay and I think that people in the lobby had more options for coffee than we did in the deserted breakfast room, with our old cup of Joe and wrapped-up hard bagel. Ramada Inn breakfast is more luxurious... After a poor experience on day 1, we had breakfast elsewhere every day, and on a longer stay this is not ideal. Not sure why breakfast is offered, as I think the hotel experience would be better without it. They do have a nice happy hour in the lobby every day. But I would have preferred breakfast."
