"So, the check in was seamless and the hotel staff helped my family and I to know where to go and how everything worked. They had different options for food and they remained open for a long time. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay here again."

"The room was not all that clean and breakfast is okay but the same thing everyday staff and maids told about toliet paper being out in in womens restroom and still 3 days later none had been put in 8 for the money its okay"

"We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. In fact, my inquired how a recently renovated room did not include replacement of what appeared to be very aged slinding shower doors and we was informed by the maintenance person that the shower was omitted during the renovation process due to a backlog in materials. Our final morning at the property resulted in the shower doors completely collapsing while sliding the door closed. Luckily the shower door did not fall on me. THIS ROOM SHOULD NOT BE IN SERVICE UNTIL THE DOORS AND FRAME ARE REPLACED AS IT IS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZZARD!! On a positive note the room was clean, plenty of free parking and they served a decent complimentary breakfast."

"1st there were no towels I had to walk back to the office to get toweld and another thread bare blanket to go with the one that was on the bed. No bedspread, the room smelled like mildew and a slight off smell that was smoke. No smake detector. No soap, glad I brought my own. No microwave til late the next day after 2 calls to the office and 1 trip to do a face to face with the office. Roaches!!! But the outside was even worse, people walking arpund selling sex & drugs, offering up their wares like the parking lot is a swap meet! The pool does not open , so the pic on the ad is a lie! House keeper said pool hadnt been open in 3 yrs! Towels from housekeeping giving them unfolded, stained and damp. I will never go back here again, ever!"
