"The rooms were not very clean. I had issues as something bit me and when I spoke to the manager she told it that it must be something else. She didn’t even say I’m sorry . When they cleaned my room the lady put the toilet brush in the area where I had my personal hygiene items."

"First of all the elevator has still not been fixed after 6 years. Room - was assigned a room with double beds. One of them had a napkin between the sheets as if the sheets had not been changed. Toilet air extractor not working, safe in room does not work either, air conditioner only has one speed super low. Pool - no water in it. Will definitely not stay here again!"

"Muy bien en general"
