"The breakfast was Inadequate and lacked options, the rooms were not up to standard for cleanliness there was mold around the bottom of the toilet where it’s attached to the floor, the pillows had a terrible Oder from them. The front entrance lacked preparedness for wet floor because it’s very slippery floor of the entrance on the tile. The floor only had a wet sign but the floor was still wet and I saw a person fell because of it and injury themselves. Not recommended."

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room. The woman on night shift was very helpful and tried to accommodate for the lack of breakfast choices, but in the end could not. If your expectations are simple, the place is adequate, but if your are looking for creature comforts, go somewhere else. Also, it seems that someone tried to brak into out car during the night."

"To be with, the bathroom was not clean at all. The tub and walls were dirty and there was a dirt ring around the tub suggesting it was not clean properly or at all. The hall way and walls were dirty, so was the carpet in the reception area."

"The bathroom could have been a little cleaner in the shower/tub corners. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was okay, I wish there was two choices of meat instead of two styles of sausages. Airport shuttle was third company agent but was fine."

"Good facility, needs remodeling and upgrade, but clean and staffed well. The hotel is directly off the highway, and walking distance to 4 or 5 good restaurants, so a very convenient stop for a traveler to Hartford or surrounding suburbs."
