Een voordeel is dat het hotel rustig ligt, maar dat je snel in de winkelstraat bent.Vriendelijke uitbater, en als je gaat eten in het restaurant van zijn moeder krijg je 10% korting.

Quiet and in a very good location

These apartments were very peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from the hussling town and shops. There was a lovely seated area outside by the pool that was candle lit each night which gave the place a very calm and homely feel. The pool was a good size, not massive but enough to swim about in. There was also a pool bar where you could buy a variety of drinks, and we especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. The wifi worked well and we get a good signal from our apartment. The apartments had lots of seating areas, ours had two balconies, each with a table and chairs and one had a sofa as well as a few lines to hang your washing on descretley which was very helpful for bikinis and towles which dried very quickly in the heat. I would recommend having breakfast there, as it was very big and came with delicious orange juice everyday as well as tea or coffee.

Nice tortoise, shame about the rest!

Great pool bar but it was hardly ever staffed, so if they do not serve drinks when you are thirsty what is the point? Breakfast was shown as being available on the website and also at the apartments but when you asked you were told that they do not do breakfasts. If we had known that we would have booked elsewhere. Bathrooms located in the basement are tired and depressing they also suffer frequent interuptions to hot water supply. On the upside they have a very nice tortoise!

Preis-Leistungsverhältniss OK. Max 2,3 Stern Anlage. Kücheneinrichtungen sehr düster -Messer, Gläser Geschirr ganz wenig! Personal nett.

hotelin varaus oli aika sotku, en tiedä johtuiko hotellista vai hotels.comista. huone kaipasi remonttia, katossa vuosi putki, joka kasteli kattoa, seinää ja lattiaa. kosteus antoi hyvät olosuhteet torakoille. wc ovesta puuttui lukko, rikkinäisen wc-istuimen kannen vaihtoivat pyytämättä. sänkyjen pohjat irtonaiset, eivätkä pysyneet paikalla.

hôtel familial proche de la plage

Nous rentrons d'une semaine au Maria Flora Appartments. A la fois proche (5mn à pied) et suffisamment en retrait de la ville et de la plage de Hersonisos pour profiter et se détendre sans avoir les désagréments de la vie nocturne bruyante. A 30 km seulement de l'aéroport d'Héraklion, possibilité de se déplacer en bus. C'est un petit hôtel tout en simplicité dans lequel Il règne une ambiance familiale et qui garde le charme des habitations traditionnelles. Giannis, le patron, a été fort sympathique, il a tout fait pour nous faire passer un séjour agréable: attente pour une arrivée tardive, repas servi au bord de la piscine...et nous l'en remercions.

apart hotel correct mais sans plus

apart hotel très peu équipé pour cuisiner ( 1 casserole et des assiettes verres couverts !). Salle de bain juste fonctionnelle mais glauque.Gros problème d'égouts et d'évacuation : odeurs, odeurs ! Le linge de lits et de toilette est propre mais très usé et changé 4 fois en 2 semaines. Petit déjeuner de base ( car réservé avec la chambre sur le site sncf, ce qui a dérangé le patron, et différent si payé directement sur place !!!) Nous avons réservé 2 aparts pour 4 personnes (2 2) et le patron nous a proposé de nous regrouper dans un seul apart de 4 lits car il avait besoin d'une chambre ... nous avons été trop cool d'accepter car aucun geste commercial en échange, ni même un apéro offert ! et un confort bien moindre !Le frigo n'étant pas performant, impossible de faire des glaçons et Giannis n'appréciait pas de nous en donner du bar !!! Très déplaisant ! Le patron Giannis n'est pas accueillant, très peu serviable... il ne souhaite qu'une chose, c'est que l'on consomme chez lui : ses sorties, ses location de voitures, son transfert aéroport... et nous n'a pas voulu nous aider pour confirmer notre retour car le transfert n'avait pas été pris chez lui : débrouillez vous, vous n'étes pas mes clients pour ce service !!! Il a fait la tête quand nous sommes arrivés avec la voiture qui avait aussi été louée depuis la france, sur le site sncf. Bref, très décevant !!! On attend autre chose d'une petite structure hotelière sinon autant choisir l'anonymat des grand complexe !

Lovely apartment close to shops

We hired a car and had at first difficulty finding the apartment. The people are very nice and helpful. When we got into the apartment, the son's owner helped us with our bags. The room given us to is the best room. This overlooks the pool. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much even thiugh it was still cold. The owner's are very lovely and accomodating. They have a family restaurant, SOKAKI, which serves the best food and not pricey at all. There is a football ground in front of the apartment and a playground which I think needs improvement. Star beach is a few minutes drive. The shops and restaurants are all walking distance. The sea front is about 10 mins walk.

Hôtel bien situé

Après avoir eu du mal à trouver cette résidence (pas indiquée et un peu en retrait), il faut reconnaitre qu'il est très bien situé par rapport à la mer, pour le départ en excursion. Résidence avec piscine, appréciable après les ballades. En revanche, pour les installations sanitaires, il ne faut pas être trop regardant (après la douche, la salle de bain se transforme en piscine. Pour les toilettes, il faut attendre au moins 2h entre deux chasses d'eau pour évacuer l'eau. Le gérant est très accueillant même si il faut parfois le chercher, l'attendre en cas de soucis....
