Only one out if the two AC was working. We asked the service desk and they said it would get cooler. The outside room AC was blowing and not cool air. My daughters could not sleep.

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, purtroppo però la camera che ci è stata assegnata non era quella che abbiamo prenotato (bensì una molto più piccola e scomoda); inoltre per una settimana non siamo riuscite a dormire in quanto gli altri ospiti della struttura erano maleducatissimi e dalle 3 alle 7 del mattino sbattevano porte e finestre con tanto di musica a palla fuori dalla nostra finestra, ci siamo quindi sentite poco sicure (essendo tre donne) Per quanto riguarda la zona poco sicura e molto molto rumorosa Mi spiace dover dare un giudizio negativo perché appunto il personale della struttura è stato molto disponibile con noi e molto gentile, purtroppo però non ci siamo trovate poi bene nel complesso

Placed in the city Center, closed to beach and shops but not disturbed. Immediately in front of the structure there is a taxi station. We loved Greek Breakfast. Hosts were kind and helpful. We recommend it.

Basic room close to beach

This property feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel. It is rated as a 3 star, but I would rate it 1.5 to 2 stars. The staff was excellent...friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The accommodations were bare bones. The AC worked, which was a plus. And there is a small kitchenette. But it was not a room to comfortably spend time in. It is close to the beach front, and there are many shops and restaurants, but it is not a family friendly area.

Lamentablemente no era como prometia ser el lugar, cubiertos disparejos, sin suficientes utensilios en la cocina, de las tres noches que estuvimos, solo una limpiaron nuestro cuarto, la cama no era cómoda. Lo mejor del lugar fue que los que atendían eran super amables y estábamos muy cerca de la playa.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und ist immer sauber gewesen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort, auch dank der super Tipps des Personals dort.

Clean, and they were nice to accommodate by 1am check in. Unfortunately had no shampoos, so I had to ask for. Otherwise, nice.

Wohnung war schön groß, viele Betten (Betten waren ok, man traf sich jedoch in der Mitte in einer Kuhle, aber keine Rückenschmerzen oder ähnliches), keine Sitzgelegenheit außer am Tisch, Küche in wackeligem Strand verbaut aber funktionierte, Besteck teilweise noch dreckig oder Griffe fielen ab. Angepriesene Dusche mit Massagedüsen funktionierte nicht, lediglich das normale Duschen. Waschmaschine einwandfrei. Wände mit schwarzen Flecken (Dreck, kein Schimmel!), Boden mit Flecken. Tresor vorhanden, funktioniert mit Schlüssel. Appartment liegt zum Glück in Seitenstraße, daher ruhig. Kein versprochener Blick auf einen Berg (gibt es sowieso nicht vom ganzen Gebäude aus), sondern auf teilweise vermüllte Grünfläche. TV funktioniert, WLan auch. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich gut mit ihnen unterhalten. Überteuerter Supermarkt fußläufig entfernt, besser zum Lidl fahren (hinter Voss Furs), ein wenig Strand gibt es auch fußläufig. Mietwagen konnte zu jederzeit unbehelligt stehen gelassen werden. Ggü des Appartments unbedingt das Restaurant Mythos besuchen!

Прекрасные апартаменты

Плюсы: замечательный и очень душевный персонал, администраторы всегда во всем помогут, подскажут и просто рады пообщаться. Очень гостеприимные! При заселении предложили местное печенье, в подарок бутылка критского вина, перед выездом пригласили попить ракии. Номер удобный, вид с балкона на горы и боковой на море. Есть чайник, кофеварка, плита и мини холодильник. Минусы: уборка через день, нет микроволновки. Собственно это единственное, чего нам не хватило =)). В остальном просто замечательное место, рядом всё необходимое: пляжи, таверны, магазины, аптеки, два супермаркета.

Hotel pratique pour passer une nuit avant de reprendre l'avion ... mais l'hotel est quand même un peu vieillissant. ATTENTION la température de l'eau passe de très froid à très très chaud. Limite dangereux, risque de brûlure. Sinon l'hôtel est globalement propre. Pas de parking dédié.

Great hosts, good location, rooms are ok

The flats are in a good location, close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The hosts (owner and his two sons) are extremely hospitable and make guests feel very welcome. The rooms are ok overall, they are not luxury but do the job. We did however have problems with the toilet not flushing.

Very friendly family, that owns that place.

Our navigation system failed to find that place. But two of the family members of the owner did wait for us, even if we arrived after mid night. They gave us a wonderful warm welcome that did include traditional Greek Cookies and a bottle of Red wine, made in Crete. The Apartment was clean, but could only become heated with two "reversed window-air-conditions", that run that noisy, that my fiancé could not sleep well. The Bathroom, were Heating in the winter time is most important, had NO HEATER at all and was illuminated by a 10 Watt Light bulb, that was one of it's kind, so I could not replace it to use a stronger one. The apartment is not even equipped with basics, like hooks to hang up jackets or umbrellas. No kitchen cabinet to store groceries, no toaster, very few cooking pots, not in good shape. The kitchen electro oven has no numbers, showing the volume of the heat that is supplied in the moment, you have to guess. The washing machine did run once, after that it was damaged. During our 10 days stay, there was only one house keeping. Overall, it's definitely a "NOGO" to stay in that place.

Ci ritorneremo assolutamente!

Il personale sempre molto gentile, le camere sono molto grandi e spaziose, ampia terrazza, 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dalla fermata del bus. Lo consiglio vivamente ai ragazzi in quanto si è vicinissimi ad ogni tipo di club notturno.
