This was a great place to stay with great facilities, easy to access and opposite the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from a nearby hotel complex with entertainments in the evening but did not spoil things. Our view to the beach was fabulous and the hotel staff levels were excellent and the cleaning team were really thorough.

Grundsätzlich gut aber all inklusive ist beschiß

Das all inklusive Paket ist ein bischen bischiss. Es ist zwar normal dass man nur einen Teil der getränke (vor allem alkoholische) im all inklusive drinnen hat aber die all inklusive gäste bekommen einen anderen Ouzo als die, die dafür zahlen. Das gleiche gilt für Softdrinks. All inklusive bekommen lokale nicht schmeckende Softdrinks. Die anderen bekommen markenkola.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. La chambre était convenable, propre avec belle douche spacieuse. Côté cuisine rien à redire, diversifiée et très bonne. Seul bémol l'accueil à la réception par certaines personnes pas agréable du tout. Le sourire est en option.

Bei den Zimmern mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Zudem entdeckten wir Staubläuse. Es gibt nicht viel Essensauswahl und es wird nich alles beschriftet. Für All-Inclusive gibt es nur wenige alkoholische Getränke zur Auswahl, und nur bis zu einer gewissen Zeit. Das Servicepersonal, wie such dir Bartender sind sehr nett.

Il n y a pas vraiment de all inclusive. Très peu de choix. A 15h reste quelques mini loucoum. Plus de patisserie. Les heures notées sur le site de l hotel ne sont plus les mêmes sur places. Bar de la piscine , boissons payantes. Le service n est pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. Malgré l'avoir signalé à la direction, rien ne change. Bien dommage Manque de serieux. Les mêmes legumes grillés durant 7 jours. Je ne le recommande pas. Le all inclusives est une arnaque. Ceux qui prennent un sejour en pension complète, ont le buffet à disposition sans payer le prix du all inclusives. Franchement extrêmement déçus. Un consril choisissez un auyte hôtel. N et S Lys

Das Hotel ist eher klein, gegenüber manch anderer. Aber das macht es gerade Charmant. Man wird als Gast noch erkannt :-). In Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit macht es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Manche Möbelstücke könnten ersetzt werden, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Das Essen war super, Abwechslungsreich und sehr international. Die Angestellten immer sehr freundlich und viel Sprachig. Alles im allen hat es uns sehr gut im Astir Beach gefallen.

Nice hotel. Good price.

Very good location, by the beach. People are kind and helpfool. The room and around is clean. Breakfast OK, dinner can be improved. All in all nice hotel in a fair cost.

Is geen 4 ster hotel maar 3

De ontvangst was goed, de hotel is niet zo groot zoals je denkt, de kamer was goed en net genoeg voor 3 personen. De balkon in de kamer is zeker een toegevoegd waard dat geeft een sfeer. De koelkast was oud en jammer geen koffie apparaat. De buffet was super maar de koffie was niet lekker. Personeel heel aardig wij komen zeker terug.

Sehr enttäuschend

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Gemäss Bewertungen haben wir ein freundliches Hotel mit gutem Essen erwartet. Wir wurden am zweiten Tag gebeten die Hotelrechnung zu bezahlen.... Weshalb, konnte uns keiner erklären und das Management war nicht erreichbar. Das Buffet war keine Freude. Die Früchte aus der Dose und an einem Tag ging die Butter aus..... Das Personal im Reinigungsbereich und im Essaal freundlich. Tischtücher wurden umgedreht wenn Sie Flecken hatten. Auf meine Frage ob man den Tisch ein wenig dekorieren könne da mein Neffe Geburtstag habe, antwortete der nette Herr: Man kann einen Kuchen kaufen aber dekorieren würden sie nicht. Sie haben nichts zur Dekoration. Ich solle doch etwas kaufen gehen. Nicht dass ich ein grosses Brimborium erwartet hätte, aber eine kleine Demo wäre wirklich nett gewesen. Kaffee im Zimmer war am ersten Tag aufgefüllt, danach: Gähnende Leere..... Schade. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und auch nicht empfehlen.

Hôtel situé juste en face de la Plage et plusieurs activité sont disponibles ( jet ski, bouée, location de buggy et de quad) L’hôtel a 3 piscines extérieur avec un bar extérieur ouvert juste en forte période car début juin il est fermée + air de jeux pour enfants. Manque d’animations le soir et ils mettent que de la musique radio, pas de musique Grecque Il y a des animations la journée( gym, aquagym, pétanque et ping pong à certaines heures) Les anciennes chambres sont pas top(surtout la douche) Et les nouvelles chambres sont assez moderne et surtout la salle de bain est plus grande. Et surtout de très bonnes choses à manger ! Grâce à un super chef

Hotel à éviter en début de saison...

Hotel peu mieux faire. nous sommes allées du 26/04 au 03/05. autant dire avant que la saison commence. Autant nous voulions du calme, autant les prestations proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur de celles vantées. jacuzzi/sauna : non disponible. Market : fermé Bar au bord de la piscine: fermé. La demi pension (petit dej + diner) ne comprend pas les boissons, j'entends aucune boisson, ni eau , ni soft....pour le diner!! Chaque diner il faut donc rajouter les boissons. A savoir, les belles photos avec la plage privée, n'appartient pas à l'hôtel: il faut payer les transats. Petit déjeuner un peut tot pour la fin des horaires: 09h30.

Immer wieder!

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier, und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Natürlich sind die Zimmer mittlerweile ein bißchen abgewohnt, es ist ja auch kein neues Hotel mehr. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis paßt. Schön ist auch ,dass wir , wie vor 3 Jahren vom selben Personal empfangen, und vom Service im Essbereich versorgt wurden. Das Personal ist hier immer freundlich und gutgelaunt! Das Essen ist gut, vielleicht sollte es a bisserl mehr gewürzt sein, aber das ist halt Geschmackssache. Das Zimmer wurden immer sehr ordentlich und sauber gepflegt vom Reinigungspersonal. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr hilfsbereit. ( Flug-check in, Taxi ....)

Buona ( non ottima) sistemazione per chi vuole girare l'isola non per rimanere tutto il tempo in hotel,perche' la spiaggia di fronte e' piccola e a pagamento,mentre in piscina è poca ombra e le sdraia vengono occupate dalla mattina presto con borse e tovaglie....x tutto il giorno.Personale al bar poco gentile...poca frutta fresca a collazione.Non e' un 4 stelle....ma un 3 stelle...

We had 2 rooms - the sea view was fine, the garden room was overlooking someones back yard. The hotel is on the public beach. Good local shops otherwise not close to any larger areas. The staff in the restaurant were fine and the food was ok. The reception staff need a personality. The pools were clean - the pool towels had holes in them but we could not be bothered to address it to reception staff as they would rather avoid interacting with clients. On check out they did not even ask how our stay was and hope to see us soon one day. The rooms are basic - its stated as 4 star but its 3 star IMO. We had issues with the air con - it took 5 minutes to get going and the filters were packed with dust - the on site repair man came and made us feel indadequate at notunderstanding air con equipment but we did make him clean the clogged up filters (albeit he did it in our shower). They only give 1 room key with a magnet to attach to the sensor which starts the room up- pain in the neck as if one of us wanted to go out we had to be let in or wake up our family. It achieved what we needed to achieve, no one fell ill, the kids loved the pool, basic kids entertainment. We arranged the holiday 5 days prior so we paid premium for a basic hotel - will book more in advance next time.
